The Silk Route in Sikkim is an Offshoot of an ancient trade route which cam all the way from Lhasa in Tibet crossing Chumbi Valley and passed through Nathula Pass and all the way to the port of Tumluk. Most probably termed as the south west Silk Route this is one of the ancient parts os the route which connected Yunan Province of China . Interestingly Silk was not the most treasured item traded in this route. It was mainly of tea & Horses,

DAY 1 : NJP - SILLERYGAON (94KM/4-5 HOURS)

Meet & Greet at N.J.P Railway station. we begin our journey towards Sillerygaon, Nature walk & Hike to nearby peaks. One gets to see the mighty Kanchenzunga & neighbouring peaks. Enjoy Bonfire & Barbeque (on order)

DAY 2 : SILLERYGAON TO LINGTAM

Morning view of Mt Kanchenzunga. Post Breakfast we proceed towards our nest destination. On the way sightseeing at Vishwa Vinayak Mandir. Stop at Rongli market for permit works & shopping. After check in and lunch will go to Bakutar River & Hanging Bridge for Nature Trails. Sunset view from Aghamlok Gumba (at extra cost).

DAY 3 : LINGTAM-KUPUP-ZULUK

Today we begin our journey around 7 am in the morning. Firstly we will traveldirectly to Kupup for sightseeing at Yak Golf Course (the highest golf course in the world)/ Bidhan Chu Lake (Elephant Lake)/ Tukla & Jalepla Pass. Visit Old Baba Harbhajan Singh Ji Mandir/Gnathang Valley/Lunghthung/Thambi View Point (stop for a mesmerizing view of Mt kanchenzunga to the right and meandering roads of Silk Route to the left and finally we reach Zuluk.

The Journey is around 89-90 km/7-8 hours. Overnight at Zuluk

DAY 4 : ZULUK TO ROLEP 53KM/4hours

Post Breakfast we start our journey towards Rolep covering Kui Khola Falls/Buddha Falls and Rolep Hanging Bridge.

Post lunch walk towards other side of the river for serene Nature walk

DAY 5 : ROLEP TO RESHIKHOLA

After Breakfast we travel to reshikhola covering Aritar Lampokhari Lake/Mangkhim View Point/Aritar Gumba and finally to reshikhola. Enjoy at River swimming

DAY 6 : DROP TO NJP

Post Breakfast drop to NJP

Accommodation is on twin sharing basis

Entrance fees at the monuments/ temples
Meals not mentioned in inclusions
Personal Expenses / Purchase of things
Any kind of insurance
Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

30 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
20 days to 18 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 16 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
10 days to 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note - Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
