Dafeybhir Trek is situated in West Sikkim. The Route lies from Darap Valley & Uttarey. Its mainly famous for its Natural lakes. There are around 10 lakes in different shapes. From the main view point one can witness the Highest Peak in the world Sagarmatha means above all modern day Mt Everest & 3rd Highest mountain in the world the mighty Mt Kanchenzunga. The route is filled with never ending Natural landscapes, various flora fauna and wildlife.
We will be covering about 6km walk everyday keeping in mind trekkers dont fell exhausted and can cover the rest of the journey. This will also give Trekkers a chance to acclamatize to weather conditions and surrounding environment.
* Meet & Greet at Bagdogra Airport or N.J.P Railway station.
* Travel to Darap Valley, the journey is around 130-134 km and will take around 5-6 hours Drive
* Check in at Homestay
* Interaction session with Guides & Teams and other Trekkers.
* Enjoy local music with local food & local Ortganic wines espically Tongba.
* Overnight at Homestay
* Post breakfast will start the first day of the trek towards Chizom.
* Today its gonna be a short for Chinzomo stretch your muscle and kick start for tougher Trek ahead.
* Enroute to Sangkhola Village/Chawri Village and reach Chinzom.
* Stay Overnight.
* Post Breakfast start our journey towards Saili Chowk.
* This will be our second haul enroute to Dafey Bhir.
* Encounter various floara & fauna to Saili Chowk
* Uphill Trek for almost 4-5 hours reaching our next destination Yambung.
* The landscape & vegetation changes from this point above
* Pitch tents and take rest for remaining of the day.
* Overnight at yambung
* post breakfast trek further uphill towards Jamley Pokhari.
* Jamley pokhari in Nepali means twins Lake, the are pretty identical to each other thus the name.
* Pitch tents and camp.
* One can trek to other small view points nearby for magnificent scenic beauty.
* Overnight at Jamley pokhari.
* Early morning Hike towards Dafey Bhir (4500m)
* Sunrise view from this point is simply mesmerizing (Not to be missed)
* One can witness the magnificent view of Mt Everset commonly known as Sagarmatha, Mt Makalu.
* On the other side there is Indian Himalaya Range which has third highest mountain in the world Mt Kanchenzunga & other 6000m range overall.
* Back to Jamley Pokhari and stay Overnight
* Post Breakfast trek down to Saili Chowk
* The Trek will be 4-5 hours
* Overnight at Saili Chowk
* Trek further down to first day of Trek Darap Valley
* Trek will be around 7-8 hours
* Overnight stay at Darap
* Post Breakfast our vehicle will drop you to Bagdogra Airport or n.J.P Railway Station.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 16 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
Please note – Irrespective of above mentioned cancellations slabs – in case of cancellation of tour services after the booking is made with us – a minimum 10% service charges would be applicable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
Refund
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
